About Lansdale PA

A borough in mid-Montgomery County, Lansdale is a thriving community located just 28 miles northwest of Philadelphia. As a popular residential region, Lansdale boasts an ever-growing population of 16,487 as of 2014. The earliest settlers, the Jenkins family, occupied 120 acres of land which was later used as the basis of the county. The area experienced a population boom in the mid-19th century with the introduction of the North Penn Railroad.
