About Levittown, PA
A large residential community located along the border of Philadelphia in southern Bucks County, Levittown is often considered the largest suburb of Philadelphia. The community was developed and designed by Levitt & Sons after they’d purchased the land in 1951. In the residential section of the town, houses were developed in six distinctive styles. Each section of Levittown is designated by a letter of the alphabet, with each street in these communities titled with that letter.
